How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to our dedicated data privacy team at ext_data@flexigig.io.

In your email, you must include the following information:

  • Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your Full Name: As it appears on your FlexiGiG account.
  • Email Address: The email address associated with your FlexiGiG account.

What Happens After Your Request

  1. Confirmation: We will send an email to the address on file to confirm your identity and the request. You must reply to this confirmation email to proceed.
  2. Deletion Process: Once confirmed, we will begin the deletion process. This typically takes up to 30 days. We may retain some non-personally identifiable information or data required for legal and tax purposes for a limited period.
  3. Irreversible Action: Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, you will no longer have access to any of your previous data or account history. If you wish to use FlexiGiG again, you will need to create a new account.
